IBN24 NEWS NETWORK : Alongside the Continental GT 750, the company also showcased the production-ready Flying Flea S6 electric motorcycle. Both models are expected to reach the market next year.
Royal Enfield Continental GT 750: Engine and Performance
The biggest highlight of the Continental GT 750 is its new 743cc parallel-twin engine. Although it shares its basic engine architecture with the Himalayan 750, Royal Enfield has made some changes to suit the character of the café racer. Unlike the Himalayan 750, which gets an electronic throttle, the Continental GT 750 uses a conventional cable-operated throttle.

It also features a twin-exhaust arrangement instead of the Himalayan’s 2-into-1 exhaust system. The Himalayan 750 produces 55hp and 63Nm of torque. The Continental GT 750 is expected to deliver performance figures in a similar range, although Royal Enfield has not officially confirmed its output yet.
Suspension, Braking and Hardware
The new motorcycle retains a familiar chassis design inspired by the Continental GT 650, although modifications are expected to accommodate the larger engine. For suspension duties, it gets telescopic front forks and twin rear shock absorbers, with preload adjustment available at both ends.
However, the suspension setup is different from the 650cc model, featuring conventional linear springs. Another major upgrade is the braking system. The Continental GT 750 gets twin front disc brakes, which appear to share their hardware with the Himalayan 750. The motorcycle also features 18-inch wheels and a single-piece seat. A removable rear seat cowl gives it a sportier appearance while retaining space for a pillion passenger.
Three Colour Options and Different Styling Packages
Royal Enfield has showcased the Continental GT 750 in three colour options: Master Clean, Red Line and TT Blue. The Master Clean and Red Line variants feature chrome-finished styling, wire-spoke wheels and tubed tyres. Meanwhile, the TT Blue version gets alloy wheels, allowing the use of tubeless tyres.

There are also differences in the riding position and bodywork. The Red Line and TT Blue versions feature a small quarter fairing and a more aggressive riding posture. In contrast, the chrome-finished Master Clean version comes without the fairing and offers a relatively relaxed riding position. The instrument cluster also gets a different treatment. Instead of a fully digital display, the Continental GT 750 features a twin-pod arrangement with sweeping analogue dials and a compact TFT screen positioned at the bottom.
Continental GT 750 : Expected India Launch
Royal Enfield has not announced the official launch date or pricing of the Continental GT 750. However, an Indian launch is expected in 2027, potentially during the first quarter of the year.
The motorcycle is also expected to weigh less than the Continental GT 650, which has a kerb weight of 214kg. Final weight and other specifications will become clearer when the company releases the complete technical details.
Royal Enfield Flying Flea S6 Production Version Revealed
Apart from the new café racer, Royal Enfield also displayed the production-spec version of its Flying Flea S6 electric motorcycle at EICMA 2026. The Flying Flea S6 follows a scrambler-inspired design and features a long-travel upside-down front fork along with a rear monoshock suspension system.
It gets 19-inch front and 18-inch rear wire-spoke wheels with tubed tyres. Another important difference is its chain-drive system, whereas the Flying Flea C6 uses a belt drive to transfer power to the rear wheel. The S6 is expected to share its basic electric powertrain with the C6, although its performance tuning could be different.
Royal Enfield will offer the Flying Flea S6 in three colour options: Yellow, Grey and Carbon. The electric motorcycle is expected to become available sometime in 2027.
What Makes the New Launches Important ?
With the Continental GT 750, Royal Enfield is preparing to enter a new phase in its twin-cylinder motorcycle lineup. Its larger engine, upgraded braking hardware and revised styling could make it an interesting option for riders looking for a more powerful café racer.
Meanwhile, the Flying Flea S6 represents the company’s growing ambitions in the electric two-wheeler segment. More details about pricing, range and performance are expected closer to its market launch.
